It is located about 100 Km southwest of Cairo. We will Start our journey at early morning. It’s about a 2-hour drive from Cairo to Fayoum Oasis. Our first stop is Qarun lake , one of the oldest natural lakes in the world. The lake is renowned for its birdwatching opportunities, particularly migratory birds like pelicans and flamingos. Our second stop is Wadi El Rayan Protected Area, famous for its stunning waterfalls and unique desert environment. The waterfalls are formed by a series of natural springs, and you can enjoy some time walking around or even taking photos of the picturesque setting. The Valley of the Whales (Wadi El-Hitan) The third stop is a UNESCO World Heritage site. This site features fossilized whale skeletons and offers an educational insight into the evolution of marine life and Egypt’s ancient environments. Our last stop is at a local restaurant where we have lunch, You can try regional dishes such as Tajen and grilled chicken.
